| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering obligations. |
| "Bonus Funds" | Any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by oketbet. |
| "Real Money Funds" | Funds deposited by a Player into their oketbet Wallet via a supported Philippine payment channel. |
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the oketbet platform — whether as a guest or as a registered Player — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with oketbet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you are accessing oketbet on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that such person or entity meets all eligibility requirements described herein.
These Terms apply to all products and services available on the oketbet platform, including but not limited to live casino games, online slots, bingo, and e-sports betting.
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on oketbet, you must at all times:
oketbet is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the age and identity of all players. Upon registration, you will be required to provide a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable documents include: a Philippine passport, driver's licence, PhilSys national identification card, UMID, PRC card, or postal ID. oketbet reserves the right to suspend account activity, including deposits and withdrawals, until satisfactory verification has been completed. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one registered Account on oketbet. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. oketbet reserves the right to close all accounts found to be duplicates and to void any winnings associated with such accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your oketbet account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. oketbet is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
All oketbet accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso. oketbet does not operate multi-currency accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oketbet login credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party or allow any other person to access your account.
oketbet will never request your password via email, SMS, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from oketbet and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
You agree to notify oketbet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. oketbet shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
oketbet accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven payment outlets. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change at oketbet's discretion without prior notice.
GCash and Maya deposits credit to your oketbet Wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically credit within 15–30 minutes. oketbet is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking system downtime, or network issues beyond its control.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's verified name. Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:
oketbet processes verified withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within minutes under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
oketbet is required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to implement anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Withdrawals may be subject to additional documentation requirements in line with these obligations. oketbet reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests that trigger AML review procedures until such review is complete.
oketbet may from time to time offer Bonus Funds, free spins, cashback credits, or other promotional incentives to Players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they can be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages by game category are listed on the relevant promotion page.
oketbet strictly prohibits the abuse of bonuses and promotional offers. Prohibited conduct includes: claiming the same welcome offer through multiple accounts; using matched betting strategies, arbitrage, or low-risk wagering combinations specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance; and coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures. oketbet reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, forfeit associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
oketbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Wallet in good faith prior to the modification, provided that the Player has not breached these Terms.
Each game category on oketbet — including live casino games, online slots, bingo, and e-sports betting — is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager.
A bet is considered accepted and binding only when it has been confirmed by oketbet's systems and a confirmation reference is displayed to the Player. oketbet reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a system error, data feed error, manifest odds error, or any technical malfunction that caused an incorrect price or payout to be offered.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game, table, and stake level. Current limits are displayed within each game interface. oketbet reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without notice. Players wishing to place wagers above published table maximums should contact support prior to attempting to do so.
E-sports betting markets are subject to specific settlement rules relating to match abandonment, team forfeit, roster changes, and tournament format alterations. Where a match is abandoned or voided after commencement, bets will be settled in accordance with oketbet's e-sports settlement policy published on the e-sports betting page. oketbet uses certified data feed providers for all live e-sports results.

All content on the oketbet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of oketbet or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the oketbet platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, or sublicense any content from the platform.
The oketbet name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in or to these trademarks.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oketbet shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits oketbet's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
oketbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct; the Player's account activity presents a risk under applicable AML or regulatory obligations; or continued account operation would expose oketbet to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
Upon termination for cause, oketbet may withhold funds in the affected account pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, real-money funds will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method in their name within a reasonable period.
Players may close their oketbet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Funds remaining in the Wallet at the time of closure will be refunded to a verified payment method in the Player's name, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the PAGCOR regulatory framework, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the oketbet platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or pursue resolution through the appropriate courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction over the matter.
Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by oketbet may escalate the matter to PAGCOR directly using the channels published on the PAGCOR official website.
oketbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, oketbet will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on record, or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date published on this page.
Your continued use of the oketbet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
